Hi to all new members
My name's Phil, and I'm the Admin for this board, and website. I'm a pretty happy go lucky kind of guy, but with a couple of obsessions:
- Dogs - I love them, all kinds. I can't sit still in a pub without going over to say hello
- Pubs - I also love them, we at least good ones. I generally only drink Guinness, but I'm happy in a CAMRA pub
- Calssic Cars - Another of my loves, especially Jags. I've owned quite a few older cars in my time, but the last three have been jags. My current one is a 1992 XJS 5.3 litre V12
Things I like to dabble with, I wouldn't say they were hobbies:
- Playing the guitar - I'm not very good, I generally call myself a chord player
- Writing - I enjoy writing, but I'm far too lazy to be a proper author. Writing Kopek the Destroyer took about 12 months and it was HARD
- Genealogy - I was like a man on a mission with this one, Ronnie didn't see me for months as I was locked away with the computer. I did write a website which you can find in my signature.
